We aren't monsters. If you accidentally purchased Web Awesome in the retail equivalent of a "butt dial" we don't want to keep your money. So learn about the conditions and timing for getting a refund.
Policy Details
- Fonticons, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company) and the company, individual, entity, or organization who has purchased or is presently purchasing a Web Awesome Pro license (the License) through the Web Store at fontawesome.com (Customer, together with Company, the Parties) agree:
- The License is subject to certain terms and conditions contained in a separate document titled Web Awesome Pro License. The Parties intend that this Limited Refund Policy (this Policy) supplement, but not replace the terms of such document. In the event this document and the Web Awesome Pro License are in conflict, the Web Awesome Pro License shall control.
- Customer's purchase of the License shall be strictly non-refundable, except pursuant to the terms of this Policy.
- If Customer requests a refund of its purchase of the License within thirty (30) days of such purchase, and so long as Customer has not utilized the License to download any of Company's Pro component or Pro software, as identified in Company's product and on Company's website (any Pro component or Pro software), then Customer shall be entitled to a refund of the fee paid for the License.
- After thirty (30) days following the purchase of the License, or following Customer's first download of a Pro component or piece of software, Customer's purchase of the License shall be final and strictly non-refundable.
- This Policy is given for the same consideration as, and as part of the same transaction with, the License. Either Party's continued performance, including but not limited to Customer's use of Company's services, website, platform, and tools, shall constitute such Party's consent to and intent to be bound by this Policy.
