Web Awesome is the company home of Web Awesome, libraries of free-to-use and paid web components and software. As a company, Web Awesome publishes components on its website, webawesome.com, as well through content delivery networks for use on customers' websites. Web Awesome sets only its own privacy policy, not the privacy policies of Web Awesome customers, affiliates, or others who use Web Awesome components. To buy licenses and sign up for Web Awesome Pro, Web Awesome requires your payment card data. Web Awesome does not collect or store enough information to charge your card itself. Rather, Web Awesome's payment processors collect that data on Web Awesome's behalf, and gives Web Awesome security tokens that allow Web Awesome to create charges and subscriptions.

Web Awesome uses your payment card data only to charge for Web Awesome products and services. Web Awesome instructs its payment processors to store your payment card data only as long as you use paid Web Awesome services.

However, Web Awesome does use services from other companies to provide webawesome.com, content delivery networks, and to distribute and develop components and software. Affiliates are companies or individuals who recommend Web Awesome and refer customers through links that enable us to pay them a sales commission. Any of our subsidiaries also adhere to such Principles.

Fonticons, Inc. has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Fonticons, Inc. has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.
